What we collect
Demo & quote enquiries. When you submit the free-AI-demo form we collect your name, work email, company, website URL, what you'd like and your one-line note, plus the page you submitted from. We use it to build your demo and respond to your enquiry — that's the consent you tick on the form. To build the demo we read only your website's public content.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default; nothing is measured unless you grant consent. IP addresses are anonymised.
On your device. We store two small preferences in your browser's localStorage: your theme choice (dark/light) and your consent flag. Neither leaves your device.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ad-personalisation. Enquiry data stays within lally.ai's operating company and is used only to respond to and serve your engagement.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as your engagement is active or under discussion. Want your data corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
